Buying & access
How do I buy a course? Open the course page, press Buy Now, then complete the payment. Access opens automatically once the payment provider confirms it.
How long does my access last? Each course states its own access period on the course page (for example 365 days). Remaining access is always visible under Access & Plans.
Does access renew automatically? No. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. If your access ends and you want to continue, renew it yourself from Access & Plans.
What happens when access ends? Paid material locks again, but your progress, quiz results, and badges are kept and apply immediately when access is renewed.
Payment
Which payment methods are available? Payments are processed through Midtrans: QRIS, virtual account transfer, e-wallets, and cards. We never store your card number.
Why is the price shown in USD? The USD price is converted from the IDR price using a daily rate, marked "≈". Billing is always processed in Rupiah at the IDR amount shown.
Is there an invoice? Your order history and its status are available under Orders in your account.
Learning
Is progress saved automatically? Yes. A module you read to the end is marked complete automatically, and course progress counts both completed modules and passed quizzes.
What are the end-of-chapter quizzes for? They test understanding before you move on. Some quizzes are set as chapter gates: the next chapter opens once that quiz is passed.
What are badges and levels? Every completed chapter awards a badge carrying your score as evidence, and your account level rises as badges accumulate across courses. Each badge has a public verification page listing its criteria and evidence.
Account
Can I change the language? Yes, at any time using the ID/EN switch at the top of the page.
What if I forget my password? Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page; a reset link will be sent to your email.
