When a refund can be requested
Within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the modules in that course.
When refunds do not apply
- More than 7 days have passed since payment.
- More than 20% of modules are complete, or a certificate has been issued.
- Access was obtained through a free coupon or as a gift.
- The account was suspended for breaching the Terms & Conditions (for example, sharing material).
How to request
Email our support address with your account email and order number. We will reply within 3 business days.
Refund processing
Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank, typically 5–14 business days. Access to the course is revoked once the refund is approved.
Technical problems
If a course cannot be accessed because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the time limits above.
