1. About the service
This service is operated by PlnExo ("we"). By registering or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. An account is intended for one person. Sharing an account may result in suspension.
3. Courses and access
- Each course is sold with a time-bound access period stated on the course page. There is no automatic renewal.
- While access is active, you may use the material for your own learning.
- We may update, extend, or reorganise course material. Such changes do not shorten access you have already paid for.
- Modules marked as free preview can be read without purchase.
4. Fees and payment
- Prices are stated in Rupiah (IDR) and billing is always processed in Rupiah. Prices shown in other currencies are display conversions only.
- Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Midtrans). We do not store your card details.
- Access opens once payment is confirmed. If payment fails or expires, the order is cancelled and access is not granted.
- Coupons apply under the terms stated on the coupon, including usage limits and validity period.
- We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
5. Refunds
Refund terms are set out on the Refund Policy page and form an integral part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All course material is protected by copyright. You may not copy, re-upload, resell, share, or re-publish the material to others, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
7. Prohibited use
You may not attempt to bypass access restrictions, scrape material in bulk, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, including account sharing and distribution of material. For serious breaches, access may be revoked without a refund.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and the material accurate, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes — such as passing an exam, third-party certification, or obtaining employment.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. The last updated date appears at the bottom of this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
